Location: Redditch
Pay: £13 per hour
Hours: Early starts (6am or 7:30am) 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (overtime available)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
ASC Connections are recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a well-established UK manufacturing business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career and develop new skills within a supportive environment.
Key Duties:
*Assemble products using engineering drawings
*Use a range of hand and power tools
*Follow quality procedures to ensure high standards
*Work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
Skills & Experience:
*Previous assembly or manufacturing experience beneficial
*Mechanical and electrical assembly knowledge desirable
*Good communication skills (written and spoken English)
*Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
*Flexible and able to prioritise workload
