Pickers and Packers


Location: ST3
Working schedule: Rotating shifts of days and noons Monday to Friday plus overtime shift 1 day every other weekend (shift times further below)
Rate of pay: £12.75ph
Contract type: Temporary


Adecco are looking for reliable Pickers and Packers to support our client’s busy team based in ST3 on a temporary basis. This is a seasonal role ideal for individuals who enjoy working in an active environment.


You will be required to work both of the following shifts on a rotating basis:


Days: Monday - Thursday 5:45am- 2:00pm and Friday 5:45am-1:00pm.
Noons: Monday - Thursday 1:45pm - 10:00pm and Friday 12:45pm - 8:00pm.




Key Responsibilities:
*Accurately pick products using handheld scanners to fulfil customer orders

*Move and handle totes and stock safely around the warehouse

*Pack items securely in line with company standards
*Labelling orders correctly for dispatch

*Ensure all orders are processed efficiently and meet quality standards
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace


What We’re Looking For:
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Comfortable using handheld scanning devices
*Team player with a positive attitude
*Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
