The PSL Lawyer will be:
*Supporting Corporate teams with technical knowledge and legal updates
*Developing and maintaining precedents, templates, and know-how resources
*Delivering training sessions and contributing to internal learning programmes
*Monitoring legal developments and ensuring best practice is embedded
*Collaborating with partners and fee earners to improve efficiency and quality
Profile
The PSL Lawyer should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with 4+ years PQE in Corporate law
*Technically strong with a keen interest in knowledge management
*An excellent communicator with strong drafting and presentation skills
*Commercially aware with the ability to engage across multiple teams
*Organised and proactive, with a collaborative approach
