NJR Recruitment is working in partnership with a respected wealth management business that is now looking to expand its Compliance team. We are recruiting for a Compliance Administrator to join one of their office in Edgbaston. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and an interest in compliance and regulation within the financial services sector.


This is a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days from home) for candidates based in Warwick or Edgbaston.

Key Responsibilities:


" Provide day-to-day support to the Compliance department and its key functions
" Conduct internal risk assessments and assist in the monitoring of regulatory compliance
" Assist with file checking, adviser observations, and regulatory reporting
" Help maintain accurate policies and procedures in line with evolving regulations
" Support the resolution of complaints and assist with Consumer Duty attestations
" Collaborate across teams to promote a strong culture of compliance
" Participate in audits and contribute to internal training or guidance where required
What We’re Looking For:


" Previous administrative experience in financial services, ideally within a compliance or regulatory role
" Basic understanding of FCA rules and the advice/wealth management environment
" Ability to interpret and apply regulations with accuracy and care
" Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
" Ability to handle sensitive data with professionalism and discretion
" Confident communicator, comfortable working across departments
" A proactive, service-driven approach with a strong sense of integrity
