Harkaye Core Talent is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing law firm for an Employment Solicitor to join their expanding employment team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work on a varied caseload across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters within a supportive, collaborative, and flexible working environment.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload while working closely with an experienced employment team advising clients across a broad range of sectors. The role offers genuine long-term progression opportunities alongside ongoing mentoring and professional development.
Responsibilities
*Managing a varied employment law caseload
*Advising clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
*Handling settlement agreements
*Supporting litigation matters and tribunal claims
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Assisting with business development and marketing initiatives where appropriate
About You
*Qualified Solicitor with employment law experience
*Strong communication and client-care skills
*Ability to manage workloads independently
*Commercially aware and highly organised
*Passionate about delivering high-quality legal services
