Job Description:
SF Partners are partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, multi-site service-led business to recruit a commercially focused People Director. This could suit an existing People Director or a strong Head of People ready to step into a broader leadership role.
Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 + Benefits
Location: Birmingham (travel to other locations as required)
This role will lead the operational delivery of HR, Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition, ensuring the People function supports continued business growth, performance and employee experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on translating strategy into action, improving systems and processes, driving collaboration across teams and building a high-performing People function.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead HR, Talent Acquisition and L&D functions
* Develop and manage high-performing People teams
* Improve employee experience across the full lifecycle
* Drive operational excellence across people processes and systems
* Partner with senior leaders to improve performance and accountability
* Support recruitment growth and talent development initiatives
* Provide pragmatic and commercially balanced people leadership
About You
* Senior HR / People leadership experience
* Experience across HR, Talent Acquisition and L&D
* Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience in fast-paced, service-led or sales-led environments preferred
* Comfortable operating strategically whilst remaining hands-on
