The key responsibilities for the Receptionist role are:
*Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression.

*Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
*Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing post and correspondence.
*Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
*Provide general administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
*Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
*Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Profile
A successful Receptionist should have:
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle various administrative tasks.

*Proficiency in basic office software, including word processing and email tools.
