Our client are seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader to drive the hotel’s Sales, Groups, and Events teams, ensuring revenue growth and exceptional service across all segments.
The Director of Sales will lead Corporate, Luxury Leisure, Groups, and Meetings & Events sales efforts, aligning strategy with the hotel’s business objectives. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, strong collaboration with operations and commercial teams, and a commitment to delivering a world-class guest experience.
Key responsibilities will include;
*Develop and implement strategic sales and event plans to achieve revenue targets.
*Lead and mentor a team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
*Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence.
*Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
*Collaborate with internal departments to align sales and events strategies with overall business goals.
*Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
*Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
Profile
A successful Director of Sales should have:
