SEN Teaching Assistant - AndoverProspero Teaching are recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work across Andover in both mainstream and specialist school settings. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact supporting children with additional needs.
We are looking for Teaching Assistants who:
*Are patient, empathetic, and supportive
*Have a positive and flexible attitude
*Can confidently support students with varied needs
*Build trusting relationships with pupils
*Remain calm under pressure
Contract details:
*Location - Andover, Hampshire
*Position - SEN Teaching Assistant
*Start date - ASAP
*Contract type - Long term supply or temp to perm
*Duration - Ongoing
*Full time - Full time role
*Minimum rate of pay - £14.25 per hour
Eligibility:
*GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above)
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
*A proactive approach
*Dependable and committed
