Full job descriptionRESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR - 3YEARS+
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with 3 years + PQE to take on a varied caseload of residential property matters.
You will be responsible for handling approximately 25–35 new instructions per month, including:
*Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
*Remortgages
*Transfers of equity
*New build transactions
*General residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion
You will have responsibility for managing your own caseload, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
The Ideal Candidate
Our client is looking for someone who:
*Has 3 years + PQE in residential conveyancing
*Is confident handling a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
*Is a strong communicator with excellent client care skills
*Is organised, proactive, and commercially aware
*Enjoys working within a busy office-based environment
*Is keen to be involved in business development and networking
As they are looking to further develop and expand their offices, a willingness to build relationships with local agents, introducers, and the wider community will be a key requirement.
