Full job descriptionKey Responsibilities*Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD
*Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons
*Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction
*Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour
*Help create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
*Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, parents, and external professionals
The Ideal Candidate Will Have*Experience working with children or young people with SEN/ASD (preferred but not essential)
*A calm, empathetic, and flexible approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
*A genuine passion for supporting additional learning needs
