Pay Rate: £19.98 – £20.88 per hour
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Business Support Officer to join an NHS team. The post holder will provide high-quality administrative and business support to senior leaders, including supporting the Chair and Chief Executive’s office.
This is a varied and fast-paced role, supporting the effective day-to-day running of the service, coordinating key meetings, and contributing to projects and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management
*Manage complex diaries, inboxes, and meeting arrangements
*Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and track actions
*Coordinate meetings, events, and stakeholder communications
*Support projects through data collection, reporting, and analysis
*Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases
*Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally
*Handle sensitive and confidential information in line with NHS standards
About You
*Previous experience in an administrative or business support role
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads
*Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
*Experience of minute taking and meeting coordination
*Competent in Microsoft Office and IT systems
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
