Head Office: Leicester
Salary: Dependent on Experience - High OTE with base and overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday (Flexibility Required)

A well-established UK manufacturer of heavy plant machinery supplying equipment to the construction, quarrying, recycling, and materials handling industries worldwide.
The company designs, installs, commissions, and services heavy-duty machinery and complete plant solutions for customers across the UK and overseas.
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Service Engineer to join a growing installation and commissioning team.
This is a field-based role involving the installation, servicing, maintenance, and commissioning of heavy plant machinery at customer sites throughout the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
*Installation and commissioning of heavy plant machinery
*Service, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment
*Fault finding and troubleshooting on customer sites
*Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
*Supporting testing and commissioning activities
*Completing service reports and handover documentation
*Working closely with site teams and customers
*Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
About You
*Experience as a Field Service Engineer, Plant Engineer, Mechanical Fitter, or similar
*Background within heavy plant, quarrying, recycling, construction, or industrial machinery
*Strong mechanical fitting and fault-finding skills
*Ability to work independently on customer sites
*Good communication and problem-solving abilities
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Willingness to travel across the UK and overseas
Desirable Experience
*Crushers, conveyors, screeners, or material handling equipment
*Hydraulics and pneumatics
*Site installation and commissioning
*Welding or fabrication experience
*CSCS, IPAF, or similar certifications
