The Opportunity:


This is a rare chance to join a high-performing asset finance team at the forefront of specialist lending. Working directly alongside one of the UK’s top performing asset finance advisers, you will play a central role in supporting the end to end administration of complex, high value transactions across some of the most exciting asset classes in the market.


The Role:


As Asset Finance Administrator you will provide comprehensive support to a senior adviser, ensuring deals are progressed efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion. You will work across a diverse and prestigious portfolio of asset classes including fine art, prestige and classic cars, aviation, marine, and high-value property.


Day to day you will be responsible for:


*Managing the full administration lifecycle of asset finance transactions from submission to completion
*Liaising with lenders, valuers, legal teams, and specialist introducers on live cases
*Preparing and submitting credit applications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete
*Chasing outstanding information from clients, lenders, and third parties to keep deals progressing
*Maintaining detailed and accurate records on the CRM system
*Coordinating valuations and insurance requirements for high-value assets
*Preparing client-facing correspondence and deal summaries to a high standard
*Supporting the adviser with pipeline management, reporting, and diary coordination
*Ensuring all activity is conducted in line with FCA regulations and internal compliance requirements

You will regularly be working on transactions secured against:


Fine Art & Collectibles, Prestige & Classic Cars, Private Aviation, Marine & Superyachts, High Value Jewellery & Watches




Experience required:


You will be a detail oriented and proactive administrator with a genuine interest in asset finance. You will need to demonstrate the organisational ability and professional polish required to operate in a high value, client sensitive environment.


Essential:


*Previous experience in asset finance administration (ideally fine art, prestige cars, jewellery)
*Exceptional attention to detail with a high standard of written communication
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
*Confident communicator - comfortable dealing with high-net-worth clients and senior introducers
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
*Familiarity with FCA regulated environments
