A dynamic FMCG business is looking to appoint a commercially focused Finance Manager to partner closely with operational and commercial teams across the organisation.
This is a high-visibility role where you’ll play a key part in driving profitability, influencing commercial decisions, and helping shape pricing and growth strategy within a fast-moving environment.

The RoleReporting into the Head of Finance, you’ll act as a true business partner across commercial and procurement functions, supporting strategic decision making through robust analysis, insight, and financial challenge.
Key responsibilities include:
*Business partnering with commercial, procurement, and operational stakeholders
*Customer profitability analysis and margin improvement initiatives
*Supporting tenders, bids, and pricing strategy
*Building financial models and commercial scenario analysis
*Delivering insightful reporting and forecasting
*Influencing decision making through data and commercial insight
*Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and operational performance
*Supporting continuous improvement across reporting and finance processes
About YouThe successful candidate will be:
*Fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
*A strong commercial finance business partner
*Experienced within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, distribution, or fast-paced environments
*Comfortable influencing senior stakeholders
*Strong analytically with advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
*Commercially curious with a proactive mindset
*Someone who enjoys improving processes and driving performance
