Full job descriptionFinance Manager required for a growing multi-site business. This is a hands on role and you will lead a busy finance function within a fast paced, customer focused business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional who thrives on managing people, improving processes and taking ownership of day to day financial operations. You’ll oversee management accounts, payroll, cashflow, reconciliations, supplier payments and financial reporting, while supporting and developing a small finance team. The role also involves working closely with senior leadership to drive efficiency, accuracy and continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
*Management accounts and month-end reporting
*Payroll, VAT and compliance processes
*Cashflow management and reconciliations
*Debtor control and supplier payments
*Financial systems management and process improvements
*Team leadership and development
About You:
*Ideally qualified
*Ideally sector experience in Property, Hotels, Restaurants, Multi Site businesses
*Experienced Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
*Experience with accounting systems and payroll platforms
*Positive, proactive and commercially aware mindset
