Location: Barnet (EN5)
Salary: £35,000 basic + performance-based monthly & annual bonus (uncapped earning potential)
Hours: Monday–Friday + occasional Saturdays
Start Date: Immediate
Overview
We are seeking a commercially driven and patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to join a busy, high-performing private healthcare practice.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales ability with emotional intelligence, delivering an outstanding patient experience while confidently guiding individuals through their treatment journey.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as the first point of contact for new patient enquiries (phone, email, online, and in-person)
*Build rapport quickly, understanding patient needs and recommending suitable treatment options
*Conduct consultations (face-to-face and virtual), explaining treatment plans, fees, and finance options clearly
*Proactively follow up on leads, treatment plans, and outstanding cases to drive conversion
*Support patients throughout their full journey, ensuring continuity and a high level of care
*Work closely with clinicians to translate treatment plans into personalised patient pathways
*Take ownership of KPIs, revenue targets, and conversion rates
*Maintain accurate CRM records and manage finance pipelines (including direct debits and applications)
*Contribute to overall business growth and patient experience improvements
*Provide front-of-house support when required
Requirements
Essential
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales or business development
*Previous experience within healthcare
*Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
*Confidence discussing treatment plans and finance options
*Experience working with KPIs, targets, and conversion metrics
Highly Desirable
*Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator (TCO)
*Background in private healthcare or dental settings
*Experience in high-value or consultative sales environments
*Familiarity with practice management or CRM systems
Key Skills & Attributes
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to handle objections and sensitive conversations with empathy
*Strong commercial awareness and understanding of conversion drivers
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail
*Team player with the ability to coordinate effectively with clinical staff
*Patient-focused with a commitment to ethical care
