You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring the smooth processing of client business and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
*Preparing and processing new business applications
*Managing client records and maintaining CRM systems
*Liaising with providers and clients
*Supporting advisers with valuations, reviews, and documentation
*Processing withdrawals, fund switches, and policy servicing
*Assisting with compliance and administrative tasks
*Ensuring high levels of accuracy and client service
About You
*Previous experience within an IFA or wealth management environment
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*High attention to detail
*Experience using back-office systems and provider platforms
*A proactive and team-oriented approach
