Requirements for the Role
*Identify potential customers and leads
*Organising and attending valuations
*Assist the buyers with finding the right property’s and arrange and conduct effective accompanied viewings.
*Negotiating terms and Co-ordinating sales to completion
*Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors, and associated estate agents throughout the process.
*Remain proactive throughout the conveyancing process i.e. instigating surveys and chasing up documentation.
*Completing all necessary paperwork to finalise deals
*Working to financial, individual and team targets to Increase the company turnover
*Maintaining applicant database
*Developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues
successful in this position you will be
*At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
*A Hungry, driven negotiator who is prepared to put in hard work to develop within the industry.
*Competitive individual who is confident and driven
*An individual to compliment a hard-working sales team
*Full clean driving license.
