*Must have proven experience as a Head Chef
*Must have proven experience with fresh food
*Creative flair and passion for fresh food and menu development
*Communicate effectively at all levels
*Planning and organising skills
*Excellent attention to detail and standards
*Leadership skills with the ability to demonstrate a hands on approach to your work
*Excellent commercial skills
*Motivating, coaching and developing the team
*Ensuring excellent levels of communication between the team
*Ensuring high food quality is maintained
*Ensuring all health & safety standards are adhered to managing stock control
