Warehouse Operative – nr Sevenoaks Kent- must be able to drive due to location.

Picking & Packing We are looking for a reliable and flexible Warehouse Operative to join our operations team. The role involves picking, packing, and processing components, spare parts, and finished goods to support customer and manufacturing demands.
You will work across warehouse departments as required, supporting daily operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities *Pick, pack, and process orders accurately
*Work to daily and weekly operational targets
*Follow company quality, safety, and work procedures
*Maintain a clean and organised work area using 5S standards
*Support stock takes and general warehouse duties
*Assist across departments when required
*Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency
Skills & Experience *Previous warehouse, packing, or manufacturing experience preferred
*Good attention to detail and quality standards
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
*Health & safety awareness
*Comfortable using scanners/computer systems
*Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
