Monday to Friday | Immediate Start
Site dependant - £12.79 - £14.00 per hour
Are you ready to join a vital team keeping Hounslow clean and safe? We’re looking for ExperiencedRefuse Operatives (Bin Workers/Loaders) to collect and dispose of residential and commercial waste and recycling. If you’re fit, reliable, and enjoy being outdoors, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do:
*Collect household and commercial bins, bags, and recycling containers from kerbsides.
*Manually load refuse into vehicles and operate bin-lifting mechanisms safely.
*Assist drivers by acting as a reversing spotter and guiding vehicles in tight spaces.
*Sweep up spillages and return emptied containers to the edge of properties.
*Report blocked access, contaminated bins, missed collections, or damaged equipment.
*Follow all health, safety, and highway regulations at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
*Physically fit and able to walk up to 10 miles a day, lift heavy objects, and work in all weather conditions.
*Team player with a reliable work ethic.
*Willingness to wear proper PPE, including high-visibility clothing and safety footwear.
