Key Duties & Responsibilities:
*Maintaining and establishing relationships with existing and new clients
*Support and manage Customer service team
*Ensure smooth communication between various teams within the company
*Completing internal audits to ensure company compliance is maintained
*Making sure company documents are maintained and up to date


Skills & Experience required:
*Experience in a supervisor and customer service role
*Understanding of logistics or willingness to learn
*Experience in record keeping
*Great written and verbal communication skills
