Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX professional looking to join a friendly and highly regarded regional firm in Gloucestershire? This role would suit someone confident managing their own caseload independently and looking for flexibility, quality work, and the chance to progress over time.


What you’ll be doing:
*Managing a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
*Handling a broad range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, new build, and Help to Buy matters
*Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, developers, and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress smoothly
*Providing clear, practical legal advice with a strong focus on client care


About you:
*Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX professional, or experienced Residential Property Fee Earner
*Ideally 2+ PQE, although more experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply
*Proven experience independently managing a residential conveyancing caseload
*Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
*Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
*Able to work independently while also contributing positively to a close-knit team
*Looking for a long-term move within a supportive and flexible firm environment
