Sheffield | Full Time | Office based
Elevation Recruitment Business Support Team are recruiting an experienced Sales Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced business based in Sheffield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a varied role supporting customers, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Experience within manufacturing or engineering would be beneficial due to the fast-paced environment, however candidates from all industries will be considered if they have previous sales administration experience and are confident using ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing customer orders and quotations
*Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
*Coordinating deliveries and liaising with carriers
*Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
*Supporting internal sales and operational teams
*Assisting with dispatch and general administration
What We’re Looking For
*Previous Sales Administration, Customer Service or Internal Sales experience
*ERP system experience is essential
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
*Confident communication skills
*Positive, proactive and team-focused attitude
*Ability to work well in a busy environment
What’s On Offer
*Salary £27,000 - £30,000 DOE
