Full job descriptionReporting to and working closely with the Country MD, you will have oversight of all financial activities within the UK, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury.

Description
*Proactive engagement with business leaders to evaluate sales and manufacturing strategies.
*Review and establish appropriate accounting treatment for complex commercial agreements.
*Act as the lead Finance Business Partner the UK Managing Directors
*Oversee the preparation of the annual budgeting and quarterly forecast process. Work with the company leadership teams to prepare 5-year financial forecasts
*Lead financial analysis for new proposal and investments, including discounted cash flow models
*Lead the UK Finance team to improve processes and procedures that enable efficient and effective transaction processing and reporting for both management and statutory requirements.
*Ensure financial statements for entities are closed timely and accurately.
*Provide accounting support for all legal entities in the UK, plus associated branches in the EU
*Advise and ensure adherence for all UK entities with local regulations including statutory filings, income tax, VAT, etc.
*Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to SOX controls.
Profile
You will be a qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA), Senior Finance leader, preferably with experience in International Manufacturing / Engineering environments.
You will be technically sound, a pragmatic problem solver, capable of robust challenge and support within a matrix management structure
Job Offer
