Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a national AJ100 RIBA chartered practice who work on large scale projects across all building sectors. They are on the lookout for a Job Running Senior Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their Newcastle studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist include:
*Deliver a range of high-profile projects from inception through to completion
*Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure high quality and technical compliance
*Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
*Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
*Degree within Architectural Technology
*Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
*Proficiency with Revit
*CIAT chartership is desirable
*Experience managing large scale projects across a range of sectors
*Job running experience
*Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Live within a commutable distance to the Newcastle area
