A well-established and growing London law firm is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its busy and highly regarded conveyancing team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor to join a collaborative and supportive firm with a consistent pipeline of high-quality residential property work across London and the South East. The successful Residential Property Solicitor will work closely with experienced fee earners, handling a varied caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions and high-value residential matters.
You must have prior law firm experience to be considered for this role.
The Residential Property Solicitor will benefit from joining a stable and well-organised team with strong administrative support and modern systems already in place. The firm has built an excellent reputation within the residential property market and continues to grow steadily through repeat business, referrer relationships and longstanding client connections.
The Residential Property Solicitor will ideally have:
*2+ years PQE

*Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently

*Strong client care and communication skills

*A proactive and commercially minded approach

This role would suit a Residential Property Solicitor looking to continue progressing within a supportive and professional environment while maintaining exposure to quality residential property work.
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
