Description
The Corporate Partner will be:
*Leading and developing the Corporate practice in Manchester
*Managing and expanding a high-value client portfolio
*Driving business development and strategic growth initiatives
*Mentoring and supporting junior lawyers within the team
*Working closely with national teams to enhance cross-office collaboration


Profile
The Corporate Partner should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with 8+ PQE in Corporate law
*Experienced in handling complex corporate transactions
*Able to bring a sustainable client following
*A proven leader with strong business development capabilities
*Commercially astute with a collaborative mindset
