This boutique wealth management firm, based in the city, is offering a rare opportunity for a Senior Adviser to join the leadership team, take on a high-quality client base, and play a key role in shaping the future of the business.
The firm works with HNW/UHNW clients, senior executives, partners in professional services, and multi-generational families, with a strong emphasis on holistic planning, cashflow modelling, and long-term relationship management.
This is a role for an Adviser who wants influence, autonomy, and a genuine voice in how the firm evolves.
The Role
*Take ownership of an established portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients
*Lead planning conversations and present cashflow modelling (Voyant)
*Build long-term relationships with clients and their families
*Support the development of junior advisers and paraplanners
*Contribute to strategic decisions and business direction
*Play a key role in the firm’s long-term succession planning
About You
*5+ years’ experience as a Financial Adviser
*Level 4 Diploma (Chartered or working towards Chartered preferred)
*Strong experience with HNW/UHNW clients
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Commercially aware, polished, and confident in client leadership
*Ambitious, with an interest in partnership or senior leadership

*£90,000 – £110,000 base salary + bonus
