We are recruiting for a hands-on Store Manager to lead a busy fashion retail store in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager ready to step up, or a current Store Manager looking for a new challenge.
We are looking for a retail leader who thrives in a fast paced environment, has a strong eye for visual merchandising, and isn’t afraid to roll their sleeves up and support the team on the shop floor.

Store Manager Responsibilities
*Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to deliver strong sales and exceptional customer service
*Drive high visual merchandising standards across the store
*Manage all aspects of retail operations including stock control, staffing, and compliance
*Create a positive and energetic culture on the shop floor
*Analyse KPIs and commercial performance to identify opportunities for growth

The Ideal Candidate
*Previous experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or senior retail leader within fast paced retail
*Fashion or lifestyle retail background preferred
*Commercially aware with a strong understanding of KPIs and retail performance
*Passionate about visual standards and customer experience
*Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and develop a team
