As our Payroll Administrator, you will take ownership of delivering an accurate, timely, and compliant payroll service for all school staff. This is a hands-on position where you’ll manage end-to-end payroll processes, handle intricate pay scenarios, and work closely with HR, finance, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
*End-to-end payroll processing - including starters, leavers, contractual changes, and monthly submissions
*Complex payroll calculations such as term-time only adjustments, maternity/paternity pay, overtime, and pension contributions
*Compliance management and ensuring adherence to HMRC regulations, audit requirements, and school policies
*Working closely with HR and finance colleagues to resolve queries and maintain accurate records
*Producing monthly reports, reconciliations, and data summaries for leadership
