Description
*Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records.
*Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
*Support the preparation of monthly management accounts.
*Handle queries related to payments and expenses promptly.
*Maintain and update financial data in accounting software.
*Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
*Assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
*Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as required.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
*Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*A solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
