Key Responsibilities:
*Delivering excellent customer service by helping customers identify the most suitable solutions for their individual needs
*Confidently demonstrating equipment while ensuring safe and effective use
*Managing stock levels, customer enquiries, and orders through internal systems
*Handling showroom and telephone enquiries professionally, creating a welcoming customer experience
*Receiving, organising, and replenishing stock deliveries efficiently
*Developing strong product knowledge of the latest equipment and innovations
*Supporting the wider team in maintaining a smooth, organised, and visually appealing showroom environment


Previous Skills & Experience:
*Retail or customer service experience is desired.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Organised with good attention to detail.
