*Plan, execute, and finalise audit assignments in line with client requirements and deadlines.
*Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
*Identify potential issues and offer recommendations to improve client processes and compliance.
*Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring their professional development.
*Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing queries and providing updates on audit progress.
*Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to internal quality control procedures.
*Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and legislation relevant to the professional services industry.
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies.
Profile
A successful Audit Senior should have:
*Professional qualifications in accounting, such as ACA or ACCA.
*Proven experience in auditing within the professional services industry.
*Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
