Location: Worcester
Salary: £40-46,000
An established multidisciplinary consultancy is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its growing Worcester team. Known for delivering innovative and sustainable projects across the residential, healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, the practice offers a collaborative BIM-led environment focused on technical excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex schemes alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams within a forward-thinking studio.

Daily Duties
*Lead and coordinate the technical delivery of projects across multiple RIBA stages
*Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction packages
*Work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and wider design teams
*Manage and coordinate project information using Revit and BIM workflows
*Ensure projects comply with current UK Building Regulations and technical standards
*Attend site visits and resolve technical issues during construction
*Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery
*Mentor and support junior team members within the team
Ideal Candidate
*Significant experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
*Strong technical knowledge and proven project delivery experience
*Proficiency in Revit and BIM-led project environments
*Previous experience working within a multidisciplinary consultancy is desirable
*Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
*Strong communication and coordination skills
*Ability to manage workload independently while supporting team leadership
*Degree qualified or equivalent in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
