We are currently seeking an experienced Lead ILS Engineer to join a defence-focused engineering team in Dunfermline. This is a key role requiring a hands-on senior engineer who can deliver Integrated Logistic Support (ILS) activities while also providing guidance and direction to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver ILS activities across the full product lifecycle
*Lead and support ILS workstreams, ensuring high-quality outputs
*Provide guidance, tasking, and oversight to other engineers within the team
*Work closely with cross-functional teams to support programme delivery
*Ensure compliance with industry and defence standards
Key Requirements:
*Proven experience as a Senior or Lead ILS Engineer
*Strong background in ILS methodologies and deliverables
*Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate engineering activities
*Experience within naval or wider defence environments preferred
*Use of Reliasoft software an advantage.
Additional Information:
*Security Clearance: SC required (BPSS considered initially)
*Hybrid working may be available depending on candidate suitability
