Description
*Oversee the preparation and processing of invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
*Monitor income streams and reconcile accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
*Sales ledger cash allocation
*Debt and cash collection
*Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders as required.
*Support audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
*Identify opportunities for process improvement within the accounting functions.
*Provide guidance and support to colleagues on financial procedures and systems.
Profile
A successful Sales Ledger & Controller should have:
*Formal qualifications or training in accounting, finance, or a related field - AAT or similar
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Proficiency in financial systems and software, to include excel
*Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
*Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving financial processes.
