A major luxury residential development in West London is seeking a polished and operationally strong Senior Concierge to support the day-to-day running of a busy front-of-house operation.
This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone from a luxury residential, hotel, or high-end hospitality background who is confident leading teams, handling resident escalations, and maintaining exceptional service standards within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities*Lead and support the concierge/front-of-house team
*Maintain exceptional resident service standards at all times
*Manage day-to-day front-of-house operations and shift handovers
*Handle resident queries, complaints, and escalations professionally
*Support rota management including holidays, lateness, and sickness
*Work closely with site leadership and operational teams
*Ensure communal areas and front-of-house presentation remain to a high standard
*Assist with incident handling, reporting, and general site operations
Ideal Candidate*Previous experience within luxury residential, hotels, or premium hospitality
*Strong front-of-house and customer service background
*Confident managing people and leading by example
*Calm under pressure with excellent communication skills
*Professional, proactive, and operationally strong
*Able to handle a busy resident-facing environment
Shift Pattern*4 on / 4 off
*Day shifts
*Typically 7am-7pm
