£15ph – Leatherhead

Job description:
*Using social media, Linked In and job boards to connect with businesses
*Monitoring websites, socials, and google for job vacancies.
*Keeping track of company PSLs and making relevant applications.
*Scheduling calls in order to build up a pipeline
*Following up warm leads provided by the Consultants.
*Using our CRM system to qualify contact details.
*Sending out and following up marketing literature
*Dropping gifts to clients – whilst carrying out market research in new areas
*Negotiating terms of business for temporary and permanent positions
*Taking and reviewing job vacancies, working closely with the Consultants.
*Visiting new and existing clients with a view to gaining new business & developing existing.
*Working closely with our marketing agency on sales and marketing campaigns
What you need to be successful:
*Sales, business development or telesales experience required
*Previous experience within the recruitment industry is preferred.
