Full job descriptionWe’re looking for an experienced and people-focused Deputy Manager to support the day-to-day running of a busy residential accommodation site.
Working alongside the General Manager, you’ll help deliver exceptional customer service, maintain high operational standards, support resident wellbeing, and lead onsite teams to create a safe, welcoming, and well-managed environment.
Key Responsibilities*Support the overall management and smooth operation of the residence
*Lead and support onsite teams including housekeeping and front-of-house staff
*Ensure high standards of health & safety, compliance, and building maintenance
*Assist with resident support, wellbeing, and safeguarding responsibilities
*Handle day-to-day administration, inspections, and operational audits
*Support occupancy, lettings, and customer satisfaction targets
*Participate in an on-call emergency rota
About You*Previous experience in residential, accommodation, hospitality, or property management
*Strong leadership and organisational skills
*Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem solving
*Knowledge of health & safety and compliance standards
*Confident managing teams and building positive relationships
