The Role
New Business Development
*Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities through proactive outbound activity
*Engage senior decision-makers across target markets
*Build a consistent, high-quality pipeline of opportunities
Sales & Commercial Delivery
*Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand client requirements
*Present tailored solutions aligned to business needs
*Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close
Client Relationship Management
*Develop long-term relationships with new clients
*Generate repeat business and account growth opportunities
*Maintain a professional, consultative approach at all times
Performance & Pipeline Management
*Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance metrics
*Maintain accurate pipeline data within CRM systems
*Consistently deliver high levels of outbound activity and engagement
Skills & Experience
Essential
*Proven experience in Sales Executive, Business Development, or Outbound B2B Sales roles
*Strong track record of winning new business and exceeding targets
*Confident and professional communication style
*Results-driven with a clear focus on earnings and performance
Desirable
*Experience selling into business-to-business markets
*Background in recruitment, professional services, or commercial environments
*Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn for business development
