The Opportunity
Accomplish Today is recruiting on behalf of a high-growth organisation seeking a driven Sales Executive / Business Development Executive. This role is built for individuals who thrive in outbound sales environments and want to earn £45,000 in their first year through a combination of new business generation and account growth.
You will focus on engaging recruitment agencies, building relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Business Development
*Make high-volume outbound calls to generate new business opportunities
*Engage decision-makers within recruitment agencies
*Build and manage a consistent pipeline of prospects
Client Relationship Management
*Develop long-term relationships with new and existing clients
*Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions
*Maximise revenue through ongoing account development
Sales Performance
*Achieve and exceed activity and revenue targets
*Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity through CRM systems
*Convert leads into repeat, revenue-generating partnerships
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
*Experience in Sales, Telesales, Business Development, or Outbound Calling
*Proven ability to win new business and generate revenue
*Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset
*Confident communicator with excellent rapport-building skills
Desirable
*Experience working with B2B clients or recruitment agencies
*Background in account management or client development
*Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn for prospecting
