Rate: £200 to £240 Umbrella
We’re hiring a Customer Operations Project Manager to join a high-performing customer marketing team within a leading global brand.
This role focuses on delivering CRM campaigns, email marketing programmes and lifecycle communications with precision, pace and consistency.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Deliver CRM and email marketing campaigns end-to-end
*Manage lifecycle campaign workflows and content delivery
*Coordinate stakeholders across marketing, creative and tech teams
*Oversee production timelines and campaign execution
*Work with external agencies to scale delivery
*Improve campaign processes and operational efficiency
Skills & Experience
*CRM project management or email marketing delivery experience
*Strong understanding of campaign workflows and content production
*Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Experience working with cross-functional teams
*Familiarity with tools like Asana is advantageous
