Salary: £32,916 - £51,048 + £5,000 Joining Bonus
We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Nurture Teacher to join our specialist SEN school in Surrey, supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), SEMH, communication needs, and associated learning difficulties.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference in a therapeutic, nurturing environment with small class sizes and strong multidisciplinary support.
The Role
You will:

Deliver engaging, personalised lessons tailored to EHCP outcomes.
*
Create a calm, structured, and emotionally safe classroom environment.
*
Support pupils’ emotional regulation, confidence, and social development.
*
Use trauma-informed and restorative approaches to behaviour support.
*
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and families to support pupil progress.
We Are Looking For*
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.
*
Experience working with SEN pupils, particularly ASC and/or SEMH.
*
Strong relationship-building and behaviour support skills.
*
A nurturing, patient, and adaptable approach to teaching.
*
An interest in additional practical or therapeutic skills such as gardening, outdoor learning, cooking, art, music, or wellbeing activities that can enrich the pupil experience.
