The role / what you’ll be responsible for:
*Own the technical vision and architecture for a high-performance, real-time platform
*Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 3 engineers driving best practice
*Collaborate with stakeholders to align tech with business goals
*Shape and deliver long-term technical roadmaps
*Build and scale real-time backend systems
*Lead cloud modernisation (AWS, containers, IaC)
*Evolve modular, maintainable architectures
*Improve CI/CD, observability, and system reliability

*Real-time / state-driven systems expertise with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
