Can you support students to improve behaviour, attendance and engagement in school?
A Haringey secondary school is seeking a Behaviour & Pastoral Mentor to work with students who need additional support to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
What you’ll be doing:
*Providing behaviour and pastoral support across KS3 and KS4
*Mentoring students on a 1:1 basis
*Supporting behaviour intervention strategies
*Working with safeguarding and pastoral teams to improve outcomes
What they’re looking for:
*Experience supporting teenagers or vulnerable young people
*Calm and confident behaviour management skills
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Passion for supporting student wellbeing
