We are currently recruiting for a General Administrator to join a busy and growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background who is organised, personable, and looking to develop their career within a supportive company.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day administrative and customer service duties, including:
*Using the company CRM system
*Answering incoming calls and handling enquiries
*Scheduling engineers and coordinating appointments
*Liaising with both customers and engineers
*Reading, checking, and issuing job cards
*General administrative support to the wider team
This role is best suited to someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
*Previous administration experience
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Good attention to detail
*The ability to prioritise workload effectively
*Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office
Salary & Benefits
*£25,000
*Monday to Friday
*8:30am – 4:30pm
*25 days holiday plus bank holidays
*Temp-to-perm opportunity
