We are now hiring an Accountancy & Finance Recruitment Manager to join our Scotland team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an established desk, supporting clients while building your own A&F market.

What you’ll be doing:
*Leading and developing a team within the A&F division
*Partnering with senior finance stakeholders and clients
*Overseeing delivery of mid to senior-level finance roles
*Driving business growth and expanding client relationships
*Supporting consultants in building their desks
*Building strong candidate networks
*Acting as a trusted advisor on market trends
What we’re looking for:
*Several years experience in Accountancy & Finance recruitment.
*Leadership or mentoring experience.
*Strong commercial mindset.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Ambitious and driven.
