We are now hiring an Accountancy & Finance Recruiter to join our Glasgow team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an established desk, supporting clients while building your own A&F market.

What you’ll be doing:
*Building and developing your own Accountancy & Finance recruitment desk.
*Partnering with clients across industry, commerce, and professional services.
*Managing end-to-end recruitment across qualified and part-qualified finance roles.
*Delivering high-quality shortlists for mid to senior-level mandates.
*Developing new business opportunities and expanding existing client relationships.
*Building a strong candidate network within finance.
*Acting as a trusted advisor on hiring trends and market conditions.

*Experience in recruitment or finance-related background.
*Strong interest in the A&F market.
*Commercial mindset with a proactive approach.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
